Hey I hope you don't mind me giving you some advice, but I think it might help you out a bit ^^ Before you do anything, you should make a sketch on a separate layer. Then you should make a cleaner version of it in black, this is called lineart. Below that layer, color it. Also instead of using the spray paint tool, you should use the regular pen tool.
